? Even though Chela was playing well today, I thought that, 
without his serve, Roddick was pretty terrible. The later match 
between Nadal and Youzhny was tennis at a so much higher 
level. That really was something to watch.

In between, Fed was decidely off form! That was pretty painful 
all around.

yes, you are right, I was premature. It's just that almost any 
win on Euro clay for the americans wets my appetite, even if 
it was over the fast fading Gaudio. I really liked Andy's draw 
too and couldn't see him going to chela, even though J-I has 
been playing pretty well as of late.

Federer is sinking pretty quickly. Watch him pull a Sampras --  
an early exit at RG and then another Wimby title.
