The tournament has scheduled women’s matches on second for three nights in a row.  The Aussie and US Opens always used to start the women first, but have switched it up recent years after the men complained. Serena Williams and Tamira Paszek didn’t get on court until 11:35 p.m. after Lleyton Hewitt needed four hours to best German Cedrik-Marcel Steebe.
