Consequently, the rest of his season is now in doubt, but the same cannot be said for the renewed Japanese sensation Kei Nishikori, who took out the Serbian 2-6 7-6 6-0 in the semifinals of Basel. The fast Nishikori will face Roger Federer in the final, who bested fellow Swiss Stan Wawrinka 7-6 6-2.
